Title: Zen Internet boosts broadband usage allowances
Post by: Azzaka on November 20, 2013, 12:37:51 AM
Zen Internet is increasing its monthly download usage allowances on all its broadband services from the 1st December 2013.

The download usage allowance for new and existing customers will automatically increase, meaning that users of Zen’s entry level ‘Lite’ will enjoy a generous usage allowance of 50GB. Whilst usage on the top of the range Office Max is now Unlimited, there will be no changes to the prices for any of Zen’s broadband services.

If you'd like to learn more go online at increased broadband usage allowances (http://www.zen.co.uk/business/broadband/business-broadband.aspx).

Nice one Zen :)

I'll update the site when I have my PC up and running again.

Shame they never looked after customers a few years back, Zen was a great service that I had for years but when caps came in I left.

A lot of people said the same thing. However with us moving to our own LLU and making savings elsewhere, we can increase the caps and also give truly unlimited Fibre.

I just noticed the difference between the previous notification (http://zen.co.uk/business/broadband/fibre-optic-broadband.aspx?page=54) and this one (http://www.zen.co.uk/home-office/).  Although I cant see any mention of it anywhere on the page, I pressume the lower price is due to VAT not being included?  If so perhaps it would be helpful if it did mention somewhere that it is ex-VAT...  unless of course Im going blind :/

Goes to change the prices as well as usage allowances :)

Should include VAT. I'll check, however I think the price also dropped  :-\

I wish Zen would offer unlimited broadband for the highest package! That's why we left. It was just too expensive.

Right I see.

Fair call, however have you noted that as of the first of Dec, the Zen Pro has a new usage limit of 500GB and the others have also been upgraded. Also if you are on our LLU platform the usage should also be unlimited.
