This takes the biscuit. We reported a fault but the BT engineer just checked the drop wire & no fault found.
Still problems so we raised another fault on Monday and made an appointment.
I was told this evening that BT have found a network fault and it should be cleared by Friday.
I'm surprised the O2 modem is still hanging in there !
