i need more help first ill pst the results with rhe router

i used to download at a speed of 100kB (BYTES)A SEC becasue i had a ip profile of 750kilo bits now it has dropped to 500 kbits and now i download at a speed of a slugish 60 again can anyone tell me why the ip profile has dropped and how i can get it higher again please
i did notice my download speed drop to 60 when i retarted the home hub for my big brother because hw couldnt host games on this psp game he plays
so anyone know how i can get it higher again please.
