Broadband (xDSL)
There has been an update to the original posted incident.

DSL Outage - South of England(Latest)

Outage

Start: Fri, 02/12/2016 17:03
End: 
Update: Fri, 02/12/2016 22:00
Our suppliers have identified the cause of the outage on their network
Engineers are on route to resolve the issue.
We have been advised that the parts required will be on site at 21:00
As soon as we have further information we will provide updates.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting a large number of customers in the South of England.
We have raised the issue to our suppliers to investigate.

Thanks for the update, no issues with me with Zen, anytime today (Home Counties).

But I couldn't help notice....

...err, am I missing something,  that's about 3 hours in the future.   :o

Zen have been told spare parts SHOULD be on the affected site by 21:00 so I assume it's a guestimate of the time to swap out the faulty components.
I observe that Abinger and Forest Green are both affected. Both have 01306 Dorking area numbers.

My reading of that information is that Zen intends to update the incident report at the date/time so mentioned.  :)
