Shouldn't this be updated to show the 88.2% figure for ADSL2+?

Perhaps it could also be reworded at the same time to make it clear that the 88.2% applies to ADSL1 users on 21CN WBC.

This has now been done and changes also made to the page IP profile.

Sorry it took longer than intended, but despite what some may think, it actually uses a linear calculation depending on the attenuation, and therefore needed the old calculation splitting up and 2 new separate functions.
